Italian edition of her poetry book A Poem for Lira has been translated by Michele Obit and published by Bibliotheka Edizioni (2018).

8-14 of May 2019, Skopje Book Fair, North Macedonia: Vinko Moderndorfer will be a guest of the literary event which gathers the biggest domestic and regional publishers in one place.  He will be presenting his novel Kot v filmu (Like in a Movie), just published in Macedonian language by TRI Publishing centre.

9 to 12 May 2019, Thessaloniki International Book Fair, Thessaloniki, Greece: Slovenian poet Aljaž Koprivnikar will be one of the guests of Thessaloniki International Book Fair, where he will present Anthology of young Slovenian poets, his poetry debut Anatomy (publishing house Vakxikon.gr) and have several readings. 10-18 May, Shanghai, Beijing, China: Aleš Šteger will be presenting the Chinese translation of his essay collection Berlin, translated by Lizhen Liang and published by East China Normal University Press.

24-28 May 2019, Beijing, China: Peter Svetina, a children's books author and the Slovenian nominee fort he Andersen Award will be a guest of the 4th EU-China International Literary Festival. His book How Mr Felix entered a bicycle race  was published by Oriental Babies & Kids Ltd. in 2018.

27 Mai – 1 June, Festival VAPoesia, Buenos Aires, Argentina: Brane Mozetič will participate as one of 20 guests of the festival (10 foreign, 10 local), all socially engaged authors, who will take part in events at schools, kindergartens, local communities, etc.

3 June, NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, New York, US: Brane Mozetič will take part in the 31st Annual Lambda Literary Awards for LGBT books as one of the nominees for his book Unfinished Sketches of a Revolution (Talisman House, 2018, translated by Barbara Jurša).

4 June 2019, Landesbibliothek, Graz, Austria: Mojca Kumerdej presents her German translation of The Harvest of Chronos – the novel which has been nominated for Best Novel of the Year Award in Slovenia in 2017.

9-18 June, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Cordoba, Argentina: Drago Jančar will be on tour in Argentina.

15-20 July, LCB, Berlin, Germany: Jana Putrle Srdić, Vesna Liponik and Uroš Prah will take part in the second German and Slovenian potery translation workshop, organised by Center for Slovenian Literature (CSK) and LCB. German participants will be Rike Scheffler, Hendrik Jackson and Sonja vom Brocke. A public reading of the participating poets will be on 17 July. CSK will also organise another German-Slovenian workshop in Dane, Slovenia, 2-8 June with Carlo Spiller, Venus Ryter, Ralph Tharayil, Nataša Velikona, Muanis Sinanović and Nina Dragičević. The results will be presented at readings on 5 June (Sežana) and 7 June (Living Literature Festival, Ljubljana)

18-21 July, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina: Suzana Tratnik, Vesna Lemaić, Milan Šelj and Brane Mozetič will present the Slovenian LGBT literature at a round table and a reading organised by ŠKUC society.
